4-6 chicken breasts 2 cans of tomato soup sour cream
Brown up the chicken then in a stock pot add the tomato soup and a bit of water so it is not so thick. Boil water for egg noodles Cook for about 30 min in the soup then add sour cream about 3 tbsp serve over the noodles..

I never use to enjoy Meatloaf until I made this recipe
2lb lean or extra lean ground beef 2 large eggs 1 box of stove top stuffing - chicken 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce divided
place lean ground beef, stuffing mix, water, and beaten eggs, and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in a large bowl
mix all ingredients with wooden sthingy until blended, put into an oval baking dish and shape meatloaf, top meatloaf with the remaining barbecue sauce.
preheat oven to 375F and cook 1 hour or until heated through.
It is great! and it takes no time to put this together

here's another great recipe, for an appetizer or main meal
Nacho Dip:
brown lean ground beef, as much or as little as you want (depends on how many people it is for) drain fat, return beef back to skillet, sprinkle taco seasoning on beef with some water, once again eye the amount of seasoning you want to use based on how much meat you have. pour in 1/2 jar of salsa into skillet with ground beef. I use a lassagne dish, pour beef mixture on the bottom. pour other half of salsa on top of beef, I sometimes use 2 jars of salsa, pour sour cream on top of salsa, and then at last cover top with shredded cheese (I use the mozzacheddar cheese).
and enjoy!!! left overs can be put in the fridge and when warming up again I just stick back in the oven 325F just long enough to warm it up!!

Need a quick lunch idea?
Ingredients you will need:
Nacho Chips Salsa Sour Cream Shredded Cheese and any other toppings you enjoy putting on Nachos.
Spread some nacho chips onto a baking sheet, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, pour some salsa on top, I just plop it in different spots, so there isn't tons. I put green onions on as well, black olives work good too.
Put in the oven on broil and cook just until the cheese is melted. Take out of oven and transfer onto a plate and put some sour cream in the middle and enjoy!!!
It only takes 5 min. to prepare and about 5 min. broil.
quick and easy pleasy!

This is more or less just a seasoning for chicken breast.
Boneless skinless chicken breast and cook in a 350F oven, thawed, drizzle Kraft Zesty Italian dressing over chicken and parmesean cheese.
Cook 15min. per side and when you turn it over sprinkle the other side with the dressing and parmesean cheese. then cook each side for another 10min. if needed.
and enjoy!
I sometimes cut up potatoes like french fries and cook them in with the chicken at the same time and put the Zesty Italian dressing and parmesean cheese on them as well.

I thought I would share some Easter fun recipes!!
World's Best Chocolate Easter Eggs
These delicious cream filled eggs taste just like a very famous store bought one. They are easy to make and kids and adults love them.
Ingredients: 1 cup soft butter 2 tsp salt 4 tsp vanilla 1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand) 10 cups icing sugar 1 tsp. yellow food coloring 1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
Method: Beat butter, salt and vanilla until fluffy. Add milk, beat in sugar. Blend until stiff. Dust with brown sugar. Knead til smooth.
Set aside more then 2/3 of mixture. To the remaining mixture add yellow food coloring. Blend in well. Divde yellow and white into 16 or 24 pieces. Shape yellow into ball, mold white around yellow to form an egg shape. Dry at room temperature on paper towels for 24 hours.
Melt chocolate in double boiler or in microwave until smooth. Dip eggs in chocolate. (parafin wax may be added and melted with chocolate to prevent chocolate from melting in your hands). Once dipped cool at room temperature. Refrigerate after cool.
When sliced these eggs will have a white cream filling with a yellow filling that appears to be the yolk. They look nice sitting in an Easter basket!! World's Best Chocolate Easter Eggs

Here is another one!
These baskets are so cute and you can put whatever you want in them for dessert!
INGREDIENTS: 4 shredded wheat biscuits, crumbled 3/4 cup peanut butter 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
PREPARATION: Mix peanut butter and chips over low heat or place in microwave until melted. Add shredded wheat. Cool slightly, then mold into baskets - wonderfully yucky! Try shaping over back of bowl. Place baskets in fridge to set. Fill nests with Easter eggs and/or candy.
Little nests filled with jellybeans are delightful. Makes 4 large baskets or 6 small ones.
