Recently I went crazy with baking. I enjoy baking, but I was baking everything from scratch, I made chocolate chip muffins, banana bread, peanut butter cookies, brownies, cakes. My husband's family was loving me, cause we couldn't eat all of that so I shared. ;D ;D

Now that I think about it, I am not sure that was really a relaxing thing I like to do. LOL.
For me, it is just spending time with my husband at home, and our son too of course, and closing all the blinds and pretending we are not home. Just relaxing around doing whatever we want, enjoying a movie we have been meaning to get to or napping, whatever.

Im not very good at relaxing...something I need to work at....I love reading and just shutting off the TV and listening to music...dont do enough of it though. I love playing scrabble, backgammon and cards with my husband when we find the time.

I hear you Jazz, I don't take advantage of relaxing enough either. Even when I am home all day with Aiden, my husband tells me I don't have to do any housework, and just play and take care of Aiden, but I can't help myself, I do the laundry, the dishes and tidy up while he is napping.
Relaxing is just not in my vocabulary anymore.

my idea of relaxing right now would be somewhere on a beach preferable Marblepoint watching the kids play in the sand and water knowing I did not have to get up for work in the morning,.
that would be heaven right now..lol

The only time I really relax is when I'm at a spa. Which isn't very often. Once I have more time in the summer I think I would like to get in the habbit of taking my book into the back and reading. ANyone read Running With Scissors?
