Why is it when somebody lists a garment in "MINT CONDITION", they fail to see the gigantic stains on the back of the shirt?? I understand that they probably want it sold, but if the tags are off of it anyways, why not wash it first?? I mean seriously...it doesn't take much to look at the items as you are placing them on-line. Sorry for the rant, but I had to get that out.

you mean you purchased this item on Ebay and when it arrived at your house it had the stains? or could you just see the stains on the actual site? I can't believe someone would do that either, because people will leave comments about that seller and it would make it rather difficult for them to ever sell anything again on ebay. crazy world isn't it!

I dont think it is just Ebay that the same problem happens.. I buy and sell on forums and swap shops and some people just dont take the pride or care with their stuff. So what looks wonderful to them well lets just say Isnt..
We take our chances when we buy used products..it is a buyer beware scenerio and we either deal with it or buy brand new..
Atleast it is a stain.. something u can hopefully get out..try Oxy clean..
And I would definatly put a complaint on the sellers profile ..good luck with future buys

I have had the same thing happen to me, and its so frustrating I know. But I have to say, I have done that once. I was selling something, think a shirt of mine or something. I had only worn it once and it was washed and clean etc. I didn't see the stain and the buyer blew up at me. I told them I was really sorry and would give them a full refund etc, but it was no good. They put a nasty comment It was auch an accident, but I guess thats what happens when you sell on ebay. SOmeone is always complaining about something!
