Just an idea on what anyones take is on Nannies? Have you had one? Would you hire one? International or local? What are some good local agencies?
Thanks

Well since i used to be a Nanny for a family with 4 boys I highly reccommend them highly.. I was lucky I knew the family and the boys were so amazing..when I started my dd was 3 months and she grew up with 4 boys like brothers. I would hire one if i could afford it..and I would hire local..

That's what I am thinking. Hire Local.

A friend of mine is a nanny. She takes care of 2 kids in Brooklin, she is not a live in nanny either. She loves it.

Cardinal Nannies say they are about $10-$11 but it is to be worked out between us and the nanny.

I would look into the colleges for new ECE grads if i was looking!
Sometimes ECE's want a different environment.
I personally wouldnt use an agency.
